We are currently shipping globally! All orders are shipped via International Standard Shipping.
Order Processing
Processing Time: Orders are processed and forwarded to our fulfillment partners within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). Please note that during peak seasons (Black Friday, holidays) processing may take 3-5 business days.
Fulfillment: We work with trusted international suppliers and fulfillment centers to deliver quality products directly to you. Once your order is processed, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, holidays, or carrier delays beyond our control.
International customers are responsible for paying any customs duties and taxes, or fees upon receipt of their order. These fees are determined by your local customs office and are not included in our product prices or shipping rates.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International Orders: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs and are collected by customs upon delivery.
Declared Value: We declare the actual purchase price on customs forms as required by international law.
Order Tracking
You'll receive tracking information via email within 3-7 days after your order is confirmed. Tracking updates may take 5-10 days to show movement as packages are processed through international logistics networks.
Note: Some carriers may show limited tracking updates until the package reaches your country's postal system.
Shipping Restrictions
Certain items (power banks, lithium batteries, drones) may have shipping restrictions to specific countries due to aviation and customs regulations. Restricted items will be identified during checkout, and we'll contact you if there are any issues.
Currently, we cannot ship to: P.O. Boxes in some regions (residential/commercial addresses preferred).
Delivery Issues
Non-Delivery/Lost Packages:
- If tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, please check with your local post office, then contact us within 3 days.
- If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us and we'll investigate with our fulfillment partners.
Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers. Address changes must be requested within 12 hours of ordering.
Unclaimed Packages: If a package is returned to sender due to failed delivery attempts or customs issues, you'll be responsible for reshipping costs.
Delays Notice
International shipping times may be affected by pandemic-related restrictions, customs delays, or carrier capacity. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated on any significant delays.

Returns and Exchanges
